Your apartment is located twenty meters from the Alpe Adria cycle path, which runs along the edge of the garden.

The cycle path, built on the former Pontebbana railway, runs over 400 km from Salzburg to Grado and has over two hundred thousand journeys per year.

The cycle path is accessible on designated and protected paths, thanks to the restoration of the old train stations, bridges, and tunnels.

The first draft of the project, developed with great foresight by the Province of Udine in collaboration with the Austrian regions of Salzburg and Carinthia, dates back to 1994.

Work, carried out with European funding, began after the new Pontebbana railway line cleared the old route, leading to the opening of the first sections of the cycle path immediately after the border between 2005 and 2009.

In 2015, the Alpe Adria cycle path was named the best European cycle path.

From an economic standpoint, the cycle path has brought, and will increasingly bring, significant support to the tourism development of the towns it passes through, Tarvisio first and foremost.
